The club is managed by a committee comprising President, Vice President, Immediate Past President, Secretary, Treasurer and ten members. Office bearers are elected at the annual general meeting. A casual vacancy may be filled by the management committee. We hope all members will make themselves available for service on the committee and to assist as necessary with the running of the club.
The management committee meet monthly, except for January, usually on the 1st Tuesday. The committee is responsible for exercising general control of the club affairs and for ensuring its continued satisfactory condition and progress. Should any member wish to bring a matter before the committee for consideration he should feel free to raise it at a monthly general meeting or to put it in writing addressed to the Secretary.
